Which operators are included

The catalogue includes every company in the “Games of chance online” section of EMTA's list of legal gambling operators. On the list's update date, that is the complete set of companies allowed to run an online casino in Estonia. Sites that are not on the list are not in the catalogue.

Every casino on the list gets a score, built from public information: the terms on the casino's own site or a site of the same operator, and third-party reviews. Order is by points, with ties in alphabetical order.

Every licensed casino starts at 6 out of 10, the other eight criteria give 0, 1 or 2 points each under a fixed rule and add up to 4 more. Two filled dots mean 2 points, one means 1, empty means 0. We compare withdrawal timelines only like with like: the operator's processing time and the time until money reaches your account are different stages. If a document does not state a timeline or a limit, that does not mean there is none, the criterion scores 0 until the operator publishes it.

  • A score describes published terms, not how well a casino performs.
  • The editor has deposited and withdrawn money at every casino in the catalogue. Results of individual payouts (date, method and time to arrive) are added to the reviews as they are written up.
  • Being on the EMTA list proves the right to organise gambling, it says nothing about payout times or fees.
  • Terms change. Every point is tied to a source with an access date, and the score is recalculated when the source changes.
